Paper check from the Bank of Wayne made payable to Willie Otey Kay from Mrs. S.D. Wooten on August 19, 1954. This check was most likely an installment payment for Louise Wooten Talley’s “Second Night” dress. Willie Otey Kay’s endorsement signature can be seen on the left side.
