Willie Kay designed and made this dress in 1954 for Laura Hays, from Durham, NC, when she married John Frazier, from Salisbury, NC. John and Laura Fraizer’s daughter, Laura, wore the dress in 1983 when she married Dean Norman. In March 2017, Laura Fraizer Norman’s daughter, Sally Norman, will wear the dress at her wedding.
